Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is desperate to get back in the game after his sacking from AS Roma.
Jose Mourinho was dismissed by Roma in January and has since been linked with a return to Chelsea.
According to journalist Felix Johnston, the 61-year-old is one manager who the Blues will speak to if they decide to get rid of Mauricio Pochettino. And in a short interview with Sky Sports F1, he made it clear that he is ready to take up a job tomorrow if it is the right one.
Pochettino remains in charge of Chelsea for now, but his position could become untenable if things get any worse at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues recently lost the Carabao Cup final against a very young Liverpool team and are 11th in the Premier League table.

Jose Mourinho ready to return to management
Mourinho has no plans to remain out of the game following his exit from the Stadio Olimpico.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “Roma was great because we did two European finals in two years and that’s hard in a club that never did it, but now I have to wait for the right opportunity. I want to work tomorrow if possible, but I don’t want to make the wrong decision.”

Jose Mourinho’s time at AS Roma a success
While things did not end well there, Mourinho’s time at Roma can only be deemed as a success.
He won the Italian club their first European trophy in more than 60 years, the Europa Conference League, and got them to the Europa League final 12 months later.
After disappointing spells at Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, it has probably helped him to rebuild his reputation a bit.
Whether it will be enough for the former Roma boss to land another big job like the Chelsea one remains to be seen. But based on his latest words, it is clear that we have not seen the last of Jose Mourinho.
