Chelsea have just been told that their player is destined to eventually become one of the best attackers in Europe.
This same individual is linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, though.
There’s already been several departures from the club during this summer transfer window.
Ian Maatsen, Lewis Hall and Omari Hutchinson have all left on permanent deals.
Chelsea striker Armando Broja, 22, is another player tipped to possibly leave.
The Express claims that Chelsea are set to sell £30m-rated Broja during this transfer window amid interest from Italian giants AC Milan. In addition, the Blues forward is wanted by Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Stuttgart.
Journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed via X that Broja’s future is likely to be decided quicker now that his Albania team have been eliminated from Euro 2024.
Armando Broja tipped for greatness
Armand Duka, the President of the Albanian Federation, has delivered a glowing verdict on the quality of Broja.
He likes the idea of him playing for AC Milan amid links to the San Siro.
“Armando Broja is definitely one of the greatest talents in the entire history of Albanian football,” Duka told SPORTITALIA.
“I am a Milan fan and if Broja were to arrive at Milanello I would be doubly happy. It would undoubtedly be the best and strongest move that Milan could make in the summer market.
“The boy has incredible talent and I think he hasn’t shown his best yet. He needs to play at club level and I think Serie A and Milan represent an excellent opportunity for him to climb to the top of European football.
“He will be one of the best strikers in Europe. I am convinced that he is ready to try an experience in Italian football and if it happens I think it will be a success.”
Chelsea are alright to sell him
The Chelsea Chronicle thinks that selling Broja this summer is still the right move.
It’s hard to picture him getting a look-in at Chelsea anytime soon, so finding a new permanent home to develop and play regularly is in the best interest of the player.
The fast centre-forward has taken several backwards steps since a long-term knee injury.
His poor loan spell at Fulham in the second half of last season highlights his struggles. He failed to score in eight appearances for them.
Now is the right time for Broja to get blank canvas and start again.
