Bayern Munich defender Eric Dier has now been full of praise for one Chelsea man.
He told The Overlap that he believes one representative of the club is obsessed with little details which give him the edge.
Dier actually spent time under a number of managers at Tottenham who have spent time at Chelsea too.
Both Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte had spells in North London too, with neither reaching the same heights that they did at Stamford Bridge.
The latest boss to have worked for both clubs is Mauricio Pochettino, with some Chelsea fans struggling to get on board with him from the very start.
Fast forward to now and the opinion of many hasn’t changed, with it clear to see he is under pressure right now.

He said: “With [Mauricio] Pochettino, I was young, we were all very young, it was a little bit of the case that the club got a little lucky.
“He [Mauricio] was fantastic at giving us the basics as young players, his attention to detail was incredible, he gave us great fundamentals on the pitch with body shape, the way you moved your legs – all these things, he was obsessed with those details.”
Pochettino under pressure
It feels at this stage like qualifying for Europe is Pochettino’s only real chance at remaining in his role for next season.
Securing this via the Premier League looks a tough task though off the back of the embarrassing 2-2 draw with relegation favourites Sheffield United, which will be real shame coming just three days after the huge win against Manchester United.
Their best bet may well be through the FA Cup, where they have already reached the semi-finals stage.
However, they will likely need to beat both Manchester sides at Wembley to achieve this, a venue they have rotten luck at as of late.
