Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing one 19-year-old winger this summer.
However, Chelsea do not look to be the only club keen on his signature.
It has been another week where the Blues have managed to bring a new player through the door.
On Friday, the club confirmed the signing of Renato Veiga from Basel.
Their transfer business does not seem finished yet, though. It has been claimed that Chelsea are looking at Lille’s Jonathan David. As well as the striker, another player from Ligue 1 also appears to be on their radar this summer.

Chelsea in transfer battle with Europe’s elite
After missing out on Michael Olise, now of Bayern Munich, Chelsea still seem to be in the market for a new winger.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with Karim Adeyemi, who plays for Bayern’s rivals Borussia Dortmund.
However, it looks like Rennes’ Desire Doue is another winger who they really appreciate.
According to L’Equipe, Chelsea are one of four clubs who are leading the race for Doue’s signature.
The same outlet has named Bayern, Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur as the other three suitors who are the furthest ahead in the quest for the 19-year-old, claiming that he will cost €60m (£51.5m).
Chelsea can sign Desire Doue ahead of Tottenham
Tottenham will not like to hear that their London rivals Chelsea are also interested in Doue.
Ange Postecoglou’s men may have finished above Chelsea last season, but the Blues have obviously been the more successful team in recent years.
Neither club are in the Champions League, so that is not a factor for Doue to consider, though Spurs can at least offer him Europa League football.
Nevertheless, Chelsea’s recent success and project may appeal to the Frenchman.
They may not have to worry about Tottenham’s interest too much. Bayern and PSG sniffing around could be a problem, though. Those clubs can guarantee Champions League football, as well as trophies.
