Reports have claimed that Todd Boehly and co-owner Behdad Eghbali have formed a transfer plan at Chelsea that wil certainly require more signings.
According to the Evening Standard, the duo have a very clear plan in mind over what their side should look like in the coming seasons.
It is fair to say that Boehly has not been shy to spend big on his squad since taking over the role as owner less than two years ago.
In that time the Blues have notably spent over a billion pounds on signings for both today and the future. This has also seen them smash their club-record fees twice.
Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo joined the club in consecutive windows for record prices, and although their talent is undeniable, it is also clear that they stil have their best years ahead of them.
This has actually been the case for near enough every player signed by the Blues recently, with it clear to see that they are building a squad to challenge more in the future.
Todd Boehly wants young players in every position
The likes of Romeo Lavia, Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson were all signed for big money last summer, however it is clear that the intention is there to be involved instantly and improve.

Recent reports have seemed to back up this thinking, whilst also saying the American envisions this eventually becoming the case all over the pitch.
It has been claimed that he and Eghbali are planning on having two or three players in each position that are all under the age of 23.
In terms of players they are currently linked to, one player who certainly fits in this category is Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
He also offers a cheaper alternative to one of the positions they are reportedly desperate to fill, with him coming in at a lot less money than the likes of Victor Osimhen.
