Reports from Brazil have claimed that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has now given the green light to Chelsea securing another big-money deal.
According to BolaVIP, the American has said yes to the club approaching Flamengo to try and sign 18-year-old youngster Matheus Goncalves.
Boehly has been keen for the club to bring in a plethora of young talent since taking over, even if some of them have not been able to join up with the first team yet.

Arguably the most promising player on the list is Kendry Paez, who is unable to join up with the first team until 2025.
However, reports have stated they have been keen for him to train with his future teammates due to how much faith they have in him for the future.
It looks as if the owner is keen to make his latest addition in the form of attacking midfielder Goncalves.
Boehly says yes to £85m Goncalves
The report from Brazil has said that Boehly has given the go ahead for the Blues to make a move, with them just yet to make an official proposal at this stage.

The piece goes on to say that the youngster has a release clause in the region of £85m, although it is highly unlikely they will look to pay that fee to secure his services.
Some Chelsea supporters will likely be frustrated at more reports that it is younger players that the club are focusing on signing, especially when taking into account the position the current first team find themselves in.
Despite big money being spent on the starting XI, there is still a glaring need for a number of positions to be addressed, with the striker role being the main one.
They have been linked to a number of players to address the role, however many would be gutted if the finances get stripped in order to bankroll another youngster arriving.
