Stefan appeared on the UK’s Loose Women last month where he revealed how unbelievable he found the public outcry when the series was axed.

‘It’s the end of a gig, time to move on.’

However, Stefan said he found out about the reboot about a week before everyone else found out.

‘It’s really weird because we actually knew about it – we, the big four – we knew a week before everybody else, because Jason our EP [executive producer Jason Herbison] came around to tell us personally. Each of us individually,’ he explained.

‘It didn’t break until a week after that,’ he added.
