Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his iconic Wolverine role in Deadpool 3.
On Monday, the Australian actor, 54, gave his many fans a glimpse at what they’ve been waiting for – a shot of him in full costume on the set of the new film.
In the image, shared to Instagram Stories, Hugh is seen strolling along with Ryan Reynolds, who is back as smarmy superhero Deadpool.
Hugh looks buff in Wolverine’s yellow jumpsuit, while Ryan dons his classic red ensemble carrying weapons.
‘Don’t blink,’ the Logan actor teased in his caption alongside the photograph.

Hugh has recently has been doing gruelling workouts daily to get his body into superhero shape.
Since revealing in April that he will be reprising his role as Wolverine, Hugh has been sharing his fitness regime and diet with his followers.
It will be the first time that he has put on the claws since 2017’s Logan.
The esteemed actor recently went on Who’s Taking to Chris Wallace and opened up about the amount of time and dedication it takes to become the iconic mutant.

While Deadpool 3 isn’t due for release until November 2024, filming has already begun
‘I’m not doing any other work,’ he said. ‘I‘m going to be with my family and train. That’s going to be my job for six months.’
While Deadpool 3 isn’t due for release until November 2024, it is anticipated that filming will begin later this year, with Hugh giving himself months to bulk up.
Even when at Hollywood events, the actor is taking his diet very seriously.
As he got ready for the 2023 Met Gala, the actor shared that he wouldn’t be sipping any champagne, but instead was fitting in his high-protein meals before hitting the red carpet.
