Samantha Armytage and her equestrian businessman husband Richard Lavender tied the knot in a low-key ceremony at his home in Bowral on New Years’ Eve back in 2020.
And on Thursday, the former Sunrise co-host gave fans a glimpse inside her big day two years ago, that was mostly kept under wraps.
Samantha, 46, shared a picture on her Instagram story revealing she wore a pair of silver glittering high heels from the brand Jimmy Choo down the aisle as her wedding shoes.
The eye-catching heels retail online for a cool AUD$ 1,095.
‘Found my wedding shoes,’ Samantha captioned the post, trying one on in the shot.

‘[They] go well with the Uggs. A rainy-day swap over the wardrobe from summer to winter kind of day,’ she added.
The pair married at Richard’s home around midday, and then moved to a luncheon at the Centennial Vineyards Restaurant in Bowral.
It’s said to have been an intimate ceremony with a ‘small number of guests’ due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with Richard’s daughters Sasha and Grace and Sam’s beloved dog Banjo believed to be in attendance.

In December, the pair marked their two-year wedding anniversary by enjoying a trip to Japan.

Sam has been enjoying a quieter life in the countryside since quitting Sunrise in March 2021.
