Baldwin and Anjos began seeing each other last year, and he made his first appearance on her Instagram in June.
The couple enjoyed a romantic vacation to Paris earlier this year, which Ireland documented on her social media, sharing loved-up snaps of them kissing.
Her new baby will be the first grandchild for Alec, who shares Ireland with his first wife Kim Basinger and seven other children with his current wife Hilaria.
