Katharina Mazepa, 27, is a single woman – legally and was spotted out for the first time since the ink dried on her divorce decree.
The Real Housewives of Miami star was celebrating with her boyfriend Lenny Hochstein, 56, and friend Louisa Warwick, 30, on Saturday.
The Austrian-born model wore a very tiny, very sheer black lace dress that showed off miles of leg.
Katharina put on a very busty display in the dress as she was spotted pulling the top up a bit.
The dress revealed her nude panties. Her long dark hair was styled in cascading curls.

She paired the barely there dress with a pair of silver sandals that laced up her calves.
The model’s eye makeup was dark and dramatic.
The outing comes a few days after she finalized her divorce from Shilo Mazepa, her husband of three years.
Katharina restored her maiden name to Nahlik and took to Instagram to immediately change her bio.
‘Whoever said money can’t buy happiness never paid for a divorce,’ she wrote.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, the divorce settlement states that Katharina and Shilo – who is a U.S. diplomat – divided their assets and kept everything that’s in their current possession.
Shilo agreed to pay his ex-wife $50,000 and both agreed to waive their right to alimony.
And while the model is legally free, her plastic surgeon boyfriend is not.
Lenny is in the midst of a contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 40.

The former couple are battling it out over alimony and child support.
Lisa claims that her $30,000 per episode salary is not enough money to live on let alone raise her two kids and pay for her health insurance.
‘Lenny has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a successful plastic surgeon,’ Lisa’s court filing claimed.
The filing added: ‘without Lenny’s contribution, Lisa cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.’
