Radio presenter Kyle Sandilands has revealed the jaw-dropping amount of money he spent on his honeymoon in Europe with his wife Tegan Kynaston and their friends.
The newlyweds, who tied the knot in a $1million wedding in April, spent three weeks in Saint Tropez and Barcelona, joined by several members of the KIIS FM team and their spouses, as well as Sandilands’ co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.
Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday, Henderson, 48, read out Sandilands’ astronomical credit card bill, which totalled $514,000.
The price of their villa in Saint Tropez came to $155,000 alone, while Sandilands and Kynaston’s first class plane tickets to Paris set them back $35,000.
After two weeks in France with the KIIS FM crew, the 52-year-old shock jock spent $50,000 for an extra trip to Barcelona with Kynaston, 37, and their one-year-old son Otto, where their hotel accommodation cost about $10,000 per night.

When questioned about this exorbitant sum, Sandilands admitted he hadn’t kept track of his expenses.
Also on the bill was $21,000 for the couple’s nanny, who accompanied them, which included her accommodation and meals.
‘She gave her life for us for three weeks. That was a good investment,’ Sandilands reasoned.

The cost of air travel was a significant outlay.
Sandilands preferred the first class option throughout the whole trip, shelling out an additional $80,000 to ‘skip the queue’.
Ground transportation, boat travel, car rentals and flying over KIIS FM producer ‘Intern Pete’ Deppeler added another sizeable chunk to the total.

The gourmet food and drinks the group indulged in throughout his trip racked up a staggering $60,000, while Sandilands’ generous tipping added a further $20,000.
Casino expenses, too, were considerable, totalling $6,000.
But what left Henderson most dumbstruck was Sandilands’ $6,000 splurge on cigarettes and vapes – but he insisted it was not just for him, but the entire team.
In the end, the total cost of this ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ honeymoon trip was $514,000.
