‘I am single’: Lauren Goodger shuts down rumours that she is back with ex Charles Drury amid recent speculation
Lauren Goodger has shut down rumours that she is back with her ex Charles Drury and confirmed that she is single.
The former TOWIE star, 36, previously had a tumultuous relationship with her builder ex-boyfriend Charles, 26, and they had been on-and-off since the tragic death of their second daughter, Lorena.
In a new interview, Lauren addressed recent speculation after the former couple were photographed together on multiple occasions.
Speaking to OK! the reality TV star explained that while they are no longer together, herself and Charles are co-parenting their daughter Larose, 23 months.
Lauren explained: ‘There have been many rumours that I am in a relationship with my ex-partner Charles Drury. I am not. I am single.’

She continued: ‘We are co-parenting. This decision has been made for sake of Larose and her future. I have been barely socialising or been on a date with anyone else.
‘I am healing and feel like I’m getting to a place where I can start to live normal life again. I am looking forward to socialising and working again in the near future plus being the best mum I can to my beautiful daughter Larose who is my rock.’
Earlier this year it was reported that Lauren had been ‘begged’ by her friends to ‘not get back together with Charles after he reportedly spent the night at her house.
Lauren and Charles appeared to be getting along well as they took their little one Larose to Woburn Safari Park, taking turns to have their pictures taken.
The former couple share Larose and their late newborn daughter Lorena, who tragically passed away in July 2022.
Lorena was born with two knots in her umbilical cord, tied around her neck and despite ten doctors fighting to save her, she passed away shortly after her birth.
It comes months after Lauren was allegedly assaulted on the day of funeral. Charles – who has denied attacking Lauren – was later arrested and bailed.
Pals of Lauren reportedly became concerned with the two getting back together again after he slept at her house in February.

A source revealed to The Sun at the time: ‘Lauren’s friends have begged her not to get back together with her ex Charles Drury after they heard Charles had spent the night at her house this week.
‘A few of them reached out to her and told her to stay away from him as they feel like he is bad news and will only bring her more heartache.
‘Lauren insisted that he just slept in the spare room and that they are working on co-parenting Larose, but those closest to her know she and Charles are growing closer. They feel it’s only a matter of time before they are back together.’
A representative for Lauren told MailOnline: ‘Lauren is focused on the welfare as a mother to her daughter- this puts co- parenting at the top of her priorities.’
