The outing comes after the couple celebrated their milestone first anniversary last month.
Simone revealed that her boyfriend had taken her for a romantic weekend away to the NSW South Coast to mark the occasion.
Jono also shared a sweet tribute to Simone, who rose to fame on Australia’s Next Top Model, saying she ‘lights up his life’.
