Don’t Worry Darling director Olivia Wilde looked cheerful after an intense workout at Tracy Anderson Method Studio in Studio City, California on Wednesday morning.
Following her ex-fiance Jason Sudeikis‘ recent interview about their amicable co-parenting relationship amid their messy split, the mother-of-two, 38, smiled brightly as she walked back to her car in a cropped black hoodie and matching leggings.
She styled her sporty ensemble with a pair of black sneakers, bright red socks and a pair of oversized shades.
The House star wore her light brown hair in a high ponytail and carried an aqua blue reusable water bottle to ensure she stayed hydrated.
After the gym, Wilde, who squeezes in plenty of cardio during the week to maintain her toned figure, appeared make-up free and slightly red cheeked.

Her latest outing comes after Sudeikis opened up about raising their two children together, following the end of their nine-year relationship in late 2020.
When asked whether his son Otis, eight, or daughter Daisy, six, had an ide how hard he works as a successful actor in Hollywood.
‘I don’t know if they know how hard, they know how often,’ he told ET, before name-dropping his former partner.
The Ted Lasso star continued: ‘They know [co-creators] Brendan and Joe real well, and so they see how much we hang out, and laugh and enjoy each other’s company, that any of us get the opportunity to find a job where you have so much fun doing it, and if that’s the example that myself and Olivia, provide for them, then I’m happy about that.’
He went on to note that he doesn’t want either of his kids to feel pressured to work in the entertainment industry.
‘It doesn’t have to be in this business necessarily, but if they find — Daisy wants to be about 10 different things,’ Sudeikis joked.
The Horrible Bosses actor noted that his littles ones ‘like’ and ‘watch’ his hit Apple TV+ series.
‘They know all these guys. They know these guys and gals as real people, not just as their characters. It’s nice. It’s one big happy family,’ Sudeikis raved.

He credits fatherhood for allowing him to portray a parent, which he doesn’t believe he would’ve been able to ‘effectively’ until he became a dad.
‘I don’t think I’m a good enough actor to do that kind of make-believe without having that kind of love that enters your life when you have kids,’ he gushed.
In January, a source told ET that the former couple are ‘getting along better now’ since her split from Harry Styles and are ‘co-parenting in a healthy way.’
‘Olivia has been focusing all her energy on her kids and family since her split with Harry, and now that they’re broken up, it’s been easier for Jason and Olivia to get along,’ the insider added.
They continued: ”Jason has been trying to be supportive of Olivia and a good co-parent during this transition. Things between Jason and Olivia are cordial and going well.’
‘Things between Olivia and Jason are manageable and she’s doing her best to co-parent with him in a healthy way. She isn’t rushing to date anyone again right now.’
The source added that Olivia is ‘still pretty hurt’ by her split from Harry’ but the singer ‘isn’t too broken up’ by their breakup.
Styles, whose involvement with Don’t Worry Darling was at the center of dramatic rumors in the run-up to the film’s release, split from Wilde in November after a romance that spanned nearly two years.
