Victoria Beckham revealed the secret to her washboard abs as she hit the gym with her husband David on Thursday.
The couple were put through their paces by celebrity personal trainer Bobby Rich.
Taking to Instagram, Victoria, 48, uploaded a video of herself and David, 47, doing a series of leg raises which worked their lower abdominals.
But in a twist to work on stability and their core, the pair had to grip the arms of one another.
David sent fans into a frenzy as he displayed his tattooed physique in the shirtless video, while Victoria looked stylish as ever in a black crop top and leggings.

Posh looked laser focused as she raised her legs, before Bobby jokingly put the camera in David’s face.
Victoria wrote: ‘Happy Mondays on Thursday! Husband’s playlist @davidbeckham @mrbobbyrich’.
Bobby shared the video on his Instagram and added: ‘My cute clients grating’.
Fans took to the comment section to say Posh and Becks were ‘couple goals’.
One wrote: ‘You really love each other!!!, keeping magic in the real world, day by day!’
Another added: ‘Those who work out together, stay together’.
While a third follower joked: ‘I wouldn’t mind a workout buddy like David’.
It comes after David celebrated International Women’s Day last week by sharing a collection of snaps while paying sweet tribute to all the women in his life for the global holiday.
Penning ‘today we celebrate you’, he gushed over his pride for wife Victoria and their daughter Harper Seven, 11, with an adorable picture of the pair rubbing noses.

For the first picture, the fashion designer sported a face mask while lying in bed and cuddling daughter Harper.
While another was from this week as the duo celebrated Paris Fashion Week together.
