Chelsea sold a lot of their big players in the last summer transfer window.

The likes of Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic, for example, all left the club.

And now, some of these former Chelsea stars, like Havertz and Pulisic, are really thriving at their new teams.

The former is actually on a run of four goals in four games in the Premier League at Arsenal, while the latter has not done too badly at AC Milan either.

In total, Pulisic has scored nine goals in 27 Serie A appearances. Milan fans will really be appreciating him right now, but the 25-year-old appeared to be a popular figure at the San Siro before he had even kicked a ball for his new team.

According to The Athletic, after joining Milan, Pulisic’s shirt instantly became the club’s best-seller.

The outlet states that the number of Milan jerseys sold compared to a standard equivalent period in previous years had increased by 75%.

Sales in America, where Pulisic hails from, also went up significantly, showing the impact that his signing has had off the pitch, as well as on it.

The USA international admitted in January that he was really happy after leaving Chelsea for Milan.

His final season at Stamford Bridge was truly one to forget. The Blues finished 12th in the Premier League table, while the winger was only able to make eight starts in the top flight.

Will Chelsea regret selling Christian Pulisic?

Chelsea will not be losing sleep over Pulisic’s exit, even if he is doing well at the moment.

The former Borussia Dortmund man picked up so many injuries during his time in west London, while the wingers the Blues have now are showing a lot of promise.

Cole Palmer, albeit a natural No.10, has played on the right this season and has been a revelation there. In total, he has scored 14 goals and provided 12 assists in 34 appearances.

It is also clear to see that Noni Madueke, despite not playing all of the time, has a lot of talent as well. That was evident to everyone in Chelsea’s last outing, a 4-2 win against Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter-finals, where the 22-year-old scored a fantastic goal.

Matt Law of The Telegraph does not think the club would be against the idea of Madueke leaving this summer, but he is an individual that looks worthy of at least a spot in the squad.
