It may have been another case of rumors about Ozempic use, but Darcey had been open about getting an endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty in December 2022. At the time, the TLC star shared a selfie with her surgeon and wrote, “Love you, Dr. Batash! We appreciate everything! I’m very excited about my new look!”
The endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, says the Mayo Clinic, can stop hunger pangs for up to seven hours. This makes people eat less, which leads to weight loss.
