Police allege he used his phone to record under a woman’s skirt while she was inside a store at a shopping centre in Karrinyup in December.
A month later, he allegedly tried to take photos of a teenage girl in the changing room next to the one he was in at a clothing store in a shopping centre in Midland.
Detectives stormed the 33-year-old man’s home in Menora in January and seized his electronic devices.
“A forensic analysis of the electronic equipment identified a number of images of women partially naked or undressed taken whilst they were in change room stalls,” police said.
“Further images appear to have been taken in various gyms and shopping centres across the Perth metropolitan area.”
The man was charged two counts of indecent acts in public and is due to face court today.
