Celebrity sexologist Chantelle Otten brings flowers to Andy Allen’s home after the death of his MasterChef co-star Jock Zonfrillo
Celebrity sexologist Chantelle Otten paid her condolences to Andy Allen following the death of his MasterChef Australia co-star Jock Zonfrillo on Monday.
Ms Otten, 31, who is close friends with Allen’s wife Alex Davey, was spotted arriving at his Melbourne home on Tuesday with a large bouquet of white flowers.
White flowers, such as lilies and orchids, are a traditional choice in times of grief.
Dressed in a black denim jumpsuit by Calvin Klein, the media personality was seen parking her car outside before solemnly walking towards the front door.
She was not joined by her boyfriend, Paralympian and former Australian of the Year, Dylan Alcott for the sombre house call.

Ms Otten has been friends with Allen’s wife for years, and was a guest at her bachelorette party in September last year.
The intimacy expert even joined the couple for a trip to Bali, Indonesia, last month.
While Allen has not publicly spoken about the death of his friend and colleague, entertainment reporter Angela Bishop revealed on Monday night both he and fellow MasterChef judge Melissa Leong were struggling to come to terms with the tragedy.

Appearing on Monday’s episode of The Project, Bishop said: ‘It is a loss of the member of the family here at ten… only 46 that is why this is such a shocking piece of news. As you say, they would work 16 hours days together for MasterChef, you couldn’t find closer work mates and confidantes.’
She added: ‘They are devastated, broken is the word descried to me, they are trying to process this news.’
Police found Zonfrillo’s body at about 2am on Monday after they were called to a hotel on Lygon Street in Carlton, Melbourne, for a welfare check.
The Scottish-Australian chef and restaurateur became a host of the popular Channel 10 cooking show in 2019 alongside Allen and Leong.

His death came as MasterChef’s fifteenth season, featuring Jamie Oliver as a guest judge, was due to premiere on Ten on Monday night.
On Tuesday an insider shed new details on the frantic scramble at Channel 10 after network executives learned of Zonfrillo’s shock death on the eve of the new season going to air.
Behind the scenes, network executives and MasterChef producers swung into action and ensured the shock news did not become public until 2pm, just five-and-a-half hours before the season premiere was due to air.

The first thing they did was contact Zonfrillo’s wife Lauren and his two youngest children holidaying in Italy and book the family on the first flight home.
There were statements to prepare and publicity engagements to cancel at the last minute as Channel 10 took over the social media accounts of Zonfrillo and his MasterChef co-stars Leong and Allen.
Leong appeared to be none the wiser when she spoke glowingly about Zonfrillo in an interview that aired on a Perth radio station on Monday before all other interviews for the rest of the day were abruptly cancelled.
