At about 3.10am on Tuesday, March 5, a man entered a home on Allnutt Street in Mandurah.
He is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a bedroom before leaving.
The man was described as aged in his 30s, with a heavy build, and short hair.
Police are now seeking to identify a man who was in the area, who might be able to assist investigators.
