Police have been told the couple were at an underground carpark at Wayville on Greenhill Road after the shots were fired around 8am.
The victims were allegedly shot at by unknown people in a dark-coloured sedan before it sped off.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police have established a crime scene and are investigating.
