The man was attempting to deliver food on Glebe Point Road in Glebe at about 1am on April 15 when he was allegedly assaulted by a group of people.
Police said the group, including the rider, had left the scene before officers arrived.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on April 17 and charged with drive conveyance taken without consent of owner and affray.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Children’s Court on May 29.
A 12-year-old boy and girl were arrested and will participate in a youth conference at a later date.
A 16-year-old girl was arrested a day later on and she was charged with affray, assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of the others and armed with intent to commit an indictable offence.
She was refused bail to appear before a Children’s Court on June 14.
A 14-year-old boy was arrested on April 28 and charged with affray.Â
He was refused bail to appear before a Children’s Court on May 6.
An 18-year-old man was also arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station.
He was charged with affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others.Â
He was refused bail to appear before Newtown Local Court today.
