A former Las Vegas private school teacher has been accused of engaging in a four-year-long sexual relationship with one of her students.
Kaitlin Glover, 34, faces a charge of felony lewdness with a child of 14 or 15 after allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with a female student between December 2017 and September 2021 at Mountain View Christian School where she was the Athletics and Student Leadership Director.
The relationship allegedly began over Snapchat, where Glover is accused of sending nude images to the student, activity that then led to engaging in sexual acts in her van once or twice a week, a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department report states.
The former educator is also facing two charges of being a school employee in a position of authority while engaging in sex with a pupil over the age of 16.
Glover was interviewed by the police and denied all allegations instead arguing she was a mother figure and mentor to the student.

Las Vegas police allege that a student came forward with the allegations in June last year and identified the teacher as Glover.
‘The victim did not tell anyone about their relationship for four years because the suspect said she would kill herself if the victim left her or she would kill herself if she told the police,’ the report reads.
The former student told police she was coming forward after hearing that Glover was reportedly in a relationship with another student.
The victim also told police that she and Glover spoke on the phone daily for four years, and those conversations would include Glover telling the student about her previous relationships and sexual activity and sometimes phone sex.
A representative for the school told Fox 5 that the student graduated from the institution in 2021.
‘A family member contacted the school about these allegations this summer’ the representative said in a statement.
‘The Ms. Glover does not work at the school and has not worked at the school since the family came forward to the school with the allegations.
‘The School has and will continue to cooperate with the Metropolitan Police Department but they have not shared their findings with the School.
Adding: ‘We wish the very best for the former student and hope the legal process and investigation get to the truth of this matter as expeditiously as possible.’
Glover is currently out on bond and has been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
She will attend a preliminary hearing in Las Vegas on September 14.
