Kate Beckinsale continued to hit back at critics of her appearance on Wednesday, while sharing throwback snaps of her Halloween costume from last year.
A few days after the star, 50, penned a furious post slamming trolls who accused her of having plastic surgery, she returned to Instagram with a new message.
The Underworld actress posted a number of images and clips from Halloween 2023, where she dressed up as the late Anna Nicole Smith’s husband J. Howard Marshall, wearing a wrinkly bald-headed face mask.
‘New deal. This is all you’re getting. Hope it is less triggering and more what you consider age appropriate. Sayonara b*****s,’ she captioned one snap of herself sitting in a wheelchair with a cat on her lap.
Former topless dancer Anna was 26 at the time of her infamous nuptials to the wheelchair bound 89-year-old oil-tycoon, whom she wed in 1994.

It comes a day after the Underworld star penned a furious post hitting back at trolls who accused her of having plastic surgery; seen on May 2 at The King’s Trust 2024 Gala in NYC
She also shared more snaps from a shoot with a pal who dressed up as Anna Nicole to recreate the couple’s wedding.
The actress wore an all-white suit with a boutonniere and chunky white platform heels, while her friend wore a wedding gown.
One snap saw her getting wheeled around on the street by her bride, with her legs raised in the air. Another saw her falling out of her wheelchair as her bride rushed to help her.
Beckinsale turned off the comments section on all six Instagram posts.
Anna Nicole’s elderly husband died a year after their wedding, without ever including the Playboy star in his will – prompting a decades-long court battle between his estate and hers.
Kate’s post comes after she struck a variety of poses on Tuesday, while donning sexy ensembles in another Instagram post.

She shared two videos – one from 20 years ago when she looked younger and one from last week at The King’s Trust Gala in NYC – as she commented on her ageing.

Kate also told how it was ‘deeply ironic’ that people thought she was unaccepting of getting older as due to past family traumas when she was younger she thought she’d ‘never see the end of her 20s’.
Her father Richard, known for his role as Lennie Godber in the BBC sitcom Porridge sadly, passed away in 1979 aged just 31, when Kate was six-years-old.
She penned: ‘I hate talking about this because I hate adding to this conversation but I’m doing it because insidious bullying of any kind over time takes a toll. These videos might be 20 years apart – maybe more.
‘Every time I post anything – and by the way, this has been the case since I was about 30 – I am accused of having had unrecognizable surgery/using Botox using fillers /being obsessed with looking younger, and it’s really such a tiresome and subtly vicious way to bully a person.’
‘I don’t actually do any of those things – I’ve even gone to the trouble of having a plastic surgeon categorically state that I don’t and haven’t, and still, every time there’s a chorus of my God, you’re unrecognizable.’
‘Oh my God PLASTIC, oh my God, you don’t even look like yourself anymore, it happens constantly and it’s usually women that are doing it.’
‘Life happens – obviously I have aged, everybody ages; I’m not too concerned about aging-because I found my father dead at the age of 5…,’ she continued.
‘I spent most of my teenage years and a good deal of my 20s absolutely crippled with severe anxiety and panic attacks that I was going to die of a heart attack too, and went to emergency rooms often, and was almost, at that time of my life, completely immobilized by that anxiety.’

‘As you can see from these two videos, what is different is that I lived in the UK, and was paler, I used to pluck the s**t out of my eyebrows, I loved that brown lipstick that everybody wore. I had a fuller face, as most of us do in our late teens and 20s.’
‘Makeup techniques were matte, not nearly so glossy. I thought contours were something I found difficult in geography lessons. I’m posting this knowing full well that it will have absolutely no effect.’
‘It isn’t going to stop. But I’m also posting it because whatever someone looks like, accusing them constantly of things they haven’t done, or being obsessed with youth when actually, currently I’m obsessed with surviving loss, is bullying. Please stop now.’
The King’s Trust Gala last week marked her first red carpet appearance since being hospitalized in March for an undisclosed illness.
At the time, Kate uploaded tearful selfies to her main Instagram page while also paying a tribute to her mother in celebration of Mother’s day in the U.K.
She soon gave an update her fans as she uploaded additional photos of herself resting in a hospital bed with her pet cat which the star captioned as ‘visitor.’
Kate – whose stepfather Roy Battersby passed away earlier this year in January – also uploaded another snap with her Pomeranian named Myf.
At the time of spending time in the hospital, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Beckinsale, ‘hasn’t been doing or feeling well.’
In March she was hospitalized for an undisclosed illness and uploaded tearful selfies to her Instagram page
‘She was supposed to go to the Vanity Fair Oscars party and had to cancel. She is doing her best to take care of herself, but it’s not a great situation,’ the insider continued.
Late in March, Kate gave another update to reveal to her fans and followers that she was still in the hospital over the Easter holiday, two weeks after revealing she was suffering from health woes.
However, last month in April, the actress deleted all photos of her hospital stay on social media without an explanation.
Shortly after, Kate shed some light into her recent ailment by sharing a series of snaps while wearing a shirt that had ‘tummy troubles survivor’ printed on the front as she posed on a comfy bed with her dog.
