Rudy Giuliani called Matt Damon a homophonic slur in a bombshell audio transcript submitted in court in a lawsuit by his ex-assistant.
The former New York City mayor, 79, has been accused of coercing Noelle Dunphy into sex while she worked for him between 2019 and 2021 and of owing her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages.
In audios summitted in court, Giuliani is heard discussing which Hollywood celebrities are supposedly Republican.

‘No, Matt Damon is very liberal… Matt Damon is a f**,” Giuliani is heard saying in the audio obtained by Entertainment Weekly.

Giuliani’s sexual assault accuser has filed in court graphic transcripts allegedly describing recordings of his unwanted advances, including the vulgar remark ‘Your t*ts belong to me.’
Donald Trump’s onetime fixer has denied the claims, saying the suit is filled with exaggerations and salacious details ‘to create a media frenzy.’
Another transcript dated simply in the year 2019 describes Giuliani speculating about ‘natural selection’ and the impact on male genitalia size.

Giuliani previously said in court papers that he had a consensual relationship with Dunphy ‘for a few months’ in 2019, during his time as Trump’s personal lawyer, but denied she ever worked for him or that he pressured her into sex.
Dunphy’s suit also claims Giuliani ‘drank morning, noon and night’, and ‘took Viagra constantly.’
Dunphy alleges that Guiliani forced her to perform oral sex on him while he was on the phone with Donald Trump.
‘Throughout the employment and attorney-client relationship, Giuliani forced Ms. Dunphy to perform oral sex on him. He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump.
‘Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him “feel like Bill Clinton,”‘ the lawsuit claims.
