Dramatic vision shows the moment a police officer jumps out in front of a car and tells the driver to get out and onto the ground as he points a Taser at him.

The vision uploaded to Twitter on Thursday shows two officers swarming on a white Mercedes sedan in Melbourne as the driver is instructed to exit his vehicle.

A cop is seen waiting behind a truck for the car before jumping out and pointing the Taser at the driver.

‘Get out the f****** car, get out,’ one officer is heard saying.

A second officer walks behind the truck and heads around to the passenger side of the white sedan instructing the driver to exit.

As the man exits the car he is again told by the screaming officer: ‘Get on the f****** ground, now’.

He then swings behind the car as he helps put the man under arrest.

The other cop is then heard saying over the police radio the man is in custody.

It is unclear exactly where or when the arrest took place, although the uploader said it was taken in Melbourne.

Victoria Police declined to comment on the social media video.

Luxury Mercedes range from $70,000 to $375,000 depending on the model.

Social media users questioned if the expletive-filled screaming was necessary by the police officer.

‘I see our Aussie cops have been watching Twitter videos of American cops screaming at people,’ one user wrote.

‘Why does he have to swear?’ a second added.

‘US cops are pretty aggressive, but the majority are much calmer, measured & cautious than this without dropping F-bombs every 2 seconds either,’ a third said.
