White cop who fatally shot Aboriginal teenager during botched arrest is booted from the police force over ‘serious breaches of discipline’
Zachary Rolfe has been dismissed by the Northern Territory Police Force despite being acquitted of murder over the shooting death of an Aboriginal teenager.
Mr Rolfe shot Warlpiri-Luritja man Kumanjayi Walker during a botched arrest in 2019 in the remote Indigenous community of Yuendumu.
Former constable Rolfe was acquitted last year of murder in relation to Walker’s death.
