Lolo Jones does not have a husband, surprised? But some of you might have already known this fact, as the Olympian has talked about her virginity with great pride.

But she was in a relationship for a short time last year. The Olympic hurdler was in a relationship with a man to whom she had chatted for eight months.

Sadly the relationship ended as the man with whom she was chatting gave her mixed signals. In an interview, Lolo said she blocked the person she had been chatting with as her heart could no longer take it.

The two-time gold medalist said he gave her many contradictory messages and spoke about marriage and children but would friend zone her. The Olympian certainly got owned there.

The 40-year-old is public about her dating life and has repeatedly shared that she is a virgin and intends to stay one until she’s married.

Lolo has previously dated some famous men, including the NBA player and supermodel Kendall Jenner’s ex-boyfriend Blake Griffin. Lolo was quite unkind towards Blake as she shared that he was a terrible kisser and was the worst date of her life.

Jones almost gave up her virginity in 2018 after being linked with another NBA star Jimmy Butler. She certainly has a thing for NBA players.

In one of Jimmy’s photos, Lolo commented, “Welp, there goes my virginity.” And the NBA star cheekily replied, saying, “Messing with me, things come and go quickly. Pun intended.”

But that’s their only interaction, and their online flirting didn’t result in any date nights. In 2012 Lolo was linked with New York Jets player Tim Tebow as they shared the same beliefs.

Though it was never confirmed whether the two ever dated each other, they would have certainly been the perfect match. Unlike Lolo, Tim is now married and is planning to have children.

In a conversation with Kevin Hart in 2020, the hurdler said that the candidness was certainly a mistake as it killed her dating life. And a year later, Lolo went on a massive rant on her Instagram handle.

In her long rant, the athlete said that she has options but is just bored with dating. Lolo said that this resulted from her keeping high hopes in her relationship, which have all ended miserably.

The woman determined to keep her leg closed till she’s married is said to have been routinely taunted by men for her resolve. Jones said that her dating life had left her fatigued, and she prays to God to enable her to meet her spouse.

Lolo has recently shared that not only she wants to be married but also wants to have kids. The bobsledder said in her latest post that she is inspired by Tamron Hall, who had her first child at 48.

We hope that the Olympic athlete soon finds the right partner for herself. But with her beliefs, the Lord above might have to help her out on here.

Lolo Jones was born to parents James Jones Sr. and Lori Jones in 1982. Lolo was the daughter of parents of mixed ethnicity.

Lolo lived a dissolute childhood in Des Moines. Jame Jones Sr mostly spent his time in prison, and her family had to live in a Salvation Army basement for a short time.

In 2020, Jones shared a photo of her parents where her mother is seen visiting her dad in prison. Lolo shared that Jones Sr was born in 1933 and fought the Korean War.

Her father was the victim of systematic racism and went through a dark segregation phase. Lolo said she was proud of her parents for fighting through all at a time when interracial dating was frowned upon.

As Lolo’s father was in prison, her mother held down two jobs to raise their three children. Lolo knows how hard it is to be a good mother and is massively proud to have been raised by an independent woman like Lori Jones.

Currently, Lolo is on her journey of becoming a parent, has frozen her eggs, and is searching for the right partner to start a family with.

Lolo had previously stated her feeling toward the racism her father had to go through. At one point, her family had to live in the basement of a church.
