That was one of the most poignant moments of the night! At yesterday’s Grammy Awards, Harry Styles (29) won the category “Album of the Year” for “Harry’s House”, eclipsing music greats like Adele (34), Kendrick Lamar (35), and Beyoncé (41) . . His Grammy win was announced by a fan of the British pop artist – a 78-year-old woman from Canada named Reina. She stole the show on Grammy night!
After Harry performed his song “As It Was,” it wasn’t long before he was allowed back onto the Grammy stage. Reina, with the well-known trophy in hand, announced that the singer had won. Then Harry rushed euphorically to her and hugged his super fan warmly – Reina could hardly believe her luck. The elderly lady told presenter Trevor Noah that it was “more than joy” for her and that she “cried”.
On social media, many viewers celebrate Harry and Reina’s touching moment on stage. “I wasn’t expecting to see an Ontario grandmother cheering for Harry Styles at the Grammys – but it was incredibly beautiful,” writes one user. Another added: “It was so cute when Harry hugged Reina!”
