Now it’s finally over for Rachel Stevens (44) and her husband Alex. The former singer of the band S Club 7 and her partner had already met at high school, they were married for almost 13 years and had two daughters. But then she announced last summer that everything is over between the lovers. Now Rachel has finally moved out of their shared home.
She announced this in a selfie on Instagram. “I just moved today and I’m up to my ears in boxes and I’m feeling such a mix of emotions,” she revealed. The musician is very grateful for the support she gets from her environment and her fans. Despite the major changes, Rachel can look positively to the future: “I trust in the process and the magic of a new beginning.”
Rachel seems to get along well with her ex even after the breakup. “While we are no longer partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenting for our beautiful girls and will continue to love and respect each other,” she clarified in her breakup post.
