Chelsea look set to offload one of their players to the Saudi Pro League this summer.
Since being taken over by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, Chelsea have done quite a bit of business with Saudi Arabian clubs.
In 2022, they sold Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy to Al-Hilal and Al-Ahli respectively, while N’Golo Kante joined Al-Ittihad on a free transfer.
It now looks like another player could be about to make the move from Chelsea to Saudi Arabia.
Because of profit and sustainability rules, it seems likely that the Blues will have to sell some of their assets this summer.

Chelsea player ‘very likely’ to join Saudi Arabian club
Chelsea have quite a few players out on loan at the minute, including Kepa Arrizabalaga and Romelu Lukaku.
Kepa will return to Chelsea at the end of the season instead of staying at Real Madrid, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

As for Lukaku, it does not look like the striker will be staying at his loan club either.
Journalist Rudy Galetti has claimed that a move to Saudi Arabia is “very likely” with PIF having already approached the player.
According to another journalist, Sacha Tavolieri, Chelsea want €60m (£51m) for Lukaku but know that they will probably have to lower their asking price.
Romelu Lukaku’s other options
If Roma can find the money, there is always the possibility of Lukaku staying there. After all, the Belgian has done very well at the Stadio Olimpico this season.
In just under 40 appearances, Lukaku has scored 18 goals with 10 coming in Serie A.
Some will argue that Chelsea should just keep hold of him. Last month, Darren Bent claimed that the Blues retaining him is a “no-brainer”.
The only issues is that Lukaku does not want to be at Chelsea. If the Belgium international did, then he would not be out on loan at Roma right now.
