Chelsea are now seriously considering sacking Mauricio Pochettino following Sunday’s defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
That is according to some breaking speculation in the media.
The Blues were well beaten 4-2 by Wolves this weekend in the Premier League fixture at Stamford Bridge. This followed the midweek 4-1 defeat away at Liverpool.
Now, all eyes are on Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino after his side dropped to 11th in the league table.
TEAMtalk claims that Pochettino is now in ‘danger’ of being sacked by Chelsea in the aftermath of the Wolves result.
It is explained that the Blues hierarchy will now ‘think carefully’ about the 51-year-old’s role in the manager’s dugout at Stamford Bridge.
The report adds that the Argentine boss may be in big trouble and could be removed just seven months into his reign.

Chelsea considering sacking Mauricio Pochettino
We’re not overly surprised by this breaking story in the media, but will the club’s owners pull the trigger to make another sacking? It’s now becoming a bit of a worrying trend.
Sky Sports reported today that some Chelsea fans shouted angrily towards Pochettino at half-time during the Wolves match.
Understandably, the supporters are very frustrated.
We’ve seen time and time again it’s much easier to get rid of the coaching staff than a squad of players.
We feel there’s so many mistakes at the club right now, whether that’s the recruitment, the coaching, the players themselves.
You can’t blame Chelsea fans as they’re watching their team sleepwalk into a second consecutive campaign of nothingness. Our only saving grace may be the League Cup final at the end of the month, but we’re not holding out much hope of beating Liverpool.
