Heading into the Euros this summer, England manager Gareth Southgate will have so much talent to choose from, including Chelsea’s Cole Palmer.
Cole Palmer has been excellent for Chelsea this season, coming up with 32 goal contributions in 37 games.
Then there is Palmer’s former Manchester City team-mate Phil Foden, who has been arguably better than the Chelsea man.
Foden is having his best season ever for City, scoring 22 goals in all competitions under Pep Guardiola this term.
It is fair to say that Southgate is spoilt for choice, then.

ESPN pundit on Cole Palmer, Phil Foden and Jude Bellingham
Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham is another incredible option Southgate can call upon.
Like Palmer and Foden, he has also impressed this season, netting 16 times in La Liga and four times in the Champions League.

ESPN pundit Luis Miguel Echegaray has now played a game of start, bench and drop with Palmer, Foden and Bellingham, which may interest Chelsea fans.
Discussing the English trio on ESPN, he said: “I love Jude Bellingham, who doesn’t? But right now, you cannot not start Phil Foden. And I’m sorry Jude, I’m benching you and I’m dropping Cole Palmer.
“I know Chelsea fans are already tweeting, emailing, messaging me, but you cannot deny the greatness of Phil Foden!”
How old is Cole Palmer?
It is really scary to see what Palmer has achieved at Chelsea this season.
He is still just 21 years of age and did not play too much senior football before his arrival at Stamford Bridge.
The England international is now thriving in a Chelsea team that have been absolutely abysmal in the current campaign.
Imagine what he could achieve as a 25-year-old in a much better Chelsea side, for example.
His transfer value has now gone up by £60m, according to the CIES Football Observatory.
