Journalist Nicolo Schira has claimed that Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku is now wanted in the summer for a permanent transfer.
He took to Twitter to state that the striker has emerged as a potential signing for a club from Saudi Arabia.
Lukaku is currently out on on loan, where he has refound his goalscoring touch on a regular basis.
This was most recently shown when his Roma side took on Premier League opposition in the form of Brighton, making light work of them in the process.
The Belgian pounced on an error at the back to double the lead at the time, with its eventually ending 4-0 over in Rome.
Saudi Club wants Lukaku
There is likely a hope at Stamford Bridge that the fact he is scoring regularly again will therefore increase his transfer fee for any interested parties.
This comes as a result of struggling to sell him up to now, and having to deal with loan spells in Italy.

The wait may not have to go on too much longer for them however, with it being reported by Schira that a club from the Saudi Pro League has emerged as a contender to bring him in.
He said: “A top Saudi Club have shown interest in signing Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea for the next season. He is currently at AS Roma on loan until June.”
It is well known that Chelsea want to make player sales and fast this summer, with Lukaku certainly one of the names in the list they want out the door.
He would not be the first player to make the move from Stamford Bridge to Saud Arabia, with an influx of important players making the trip last summer.
Of those, Kalidou Koulibaly has enjoyed the best fortunes so far, recently helping break a world record for most consecutive wins at a professional level.
