After Spain’s victory in the final of Euro 2024, attention will quickly begin to turn back to club football for Chelsea fans.

New manager Enzo Maresca has welcomed back the large majority of his squad already, with injured star Wesley Fofana spotted back in action.

As far as new signings go, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has so far being the highlight name. His previous experience working under Maresca could be crucial in him adapting quickly.

However, staff at the club who paid close attention to the international tournament will have no doubt seen a number of players they should turn their attention to who have starred in Germany this summer.

Nico Williams

One of the stars of the entire tournament for the eventual winners, Nico Williams also found the net in the final against England.

Williams formed a really strong partnership with Cucurella down the left, which left many dreaming of that very combination at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are reportedly very interested in signing the winger this summer, however they recognise the financial issues regarding it.

While the deal looks difficult at this stage, after scouting him last season Chelsea would love to sign Williams this summer.

Dani Olmo

Another key player for Spain, Dani Olmo proved his worth in midfield throughout the entire tournament.

Interestingly, Olmo was the most successful dribbler at the entire tournament, showing his ability to keep hold of the ball was second to none.

It has been reported that the Blues are big fans of the player, and could be willing to pay over Olmo’s release clause if they wanted to bring him in.

Chelsea will certainly not be the only side keen on bringing him in this summer off the back of a string of excellent performances.

Diogo Costa

Despite Portugal’s quarter-final exit, goalkeeper Diogo Costa certainly made his impact on the competition.

He was unbeatable from the spot during a penalty shootout, with Chelsea surely taking note of his brilliance in the process.

It has been reported that Robert Sanchez is expected to start in goal next season ahead of Djordje Petrovic.

With his rough start to life at Chelsea, there will be plenty of supporters who would love to see a new goalkeeper come to the club soon.
