Chelsea could be about to find a suitor for one player who they want to offload.

It is set to be another busy transfer window at Chelsea this summer, though there could be a lot of outgoings rather than incomings for once.

Profit and sustainability rules mean the Blues may need to get rid of some assets at the end of the season.

There has even been speculation about Chelsea possibly being prepared to sell captain Reece James.

The likes of Romelu Lukaku and Kepa are also names that could leave Stamford Bridge, with both men currently out on loan.

Aurelio De Laurentiis could sign Chelsea player for next manager

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is on the lookout for a new manager, and Chelsea could be the key to the Italian landing his primary target.

According to Sport Mediaset, De Laurentiis wants to hire former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

And to get him, the same outlet has suggested that De Laurentiis could try to sign Lukaku, with their report claiming that he would not say no to Conte if the 54-year-old made a request for the striker he managed at Inter Milan.

Journalist Sacha Tavolieri recently claimed that Chelsea want a €60m (£51m) fee for Lukaku but acknowledge that they may have to bring down their asking price.

Chelsea could sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli

While Lukaku potentially moves to Napoli, Victor Osimhen could head in the opposite direction and join Chelsea.

Osimhen has allegedly told his friends which club he is going to sign for in the summer amid interest from Chelsea.

No Chelsea fan is going to go crazy if Lukaku departs and Osimhen arrives. Lukaku has shown no love to the Blues since rejoining them in 2021, while Osimhen is currently one of the best No.9s in the world.

The Nigerian scored 26 goals in 32 Serie A appearances last season. Not many Chelsea supporters would say no to that kind of firepower, if any at all.
