A video has emerged of one of Chelsea’s top transfer targets scoring a brilliant goal in a huge game for his current club last night.
A YouTube post from VSports shows Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres scoring his side’s second goal of the semi-final against Benfica, a first leg they went on to win 2-1.
Gyokeres has been mentioned as one of the top transfer targets for the Blues this summer as they look to address the glaring issue up front at Stamford Bridge.
The Sweden international currently has the most goal contributions in Europe so far this season, and has clearly emerged as one of the top strikers in Europe.
It was reported during January that the Blues had put him near the top of their shortlist for a potential striker signing, however they elected not to bring anyone in during the midway point of the season.
It has been claimed that if they are to sign Gyokeres, it is likely going to be for his release clause, which sits at £85m.

He picked the ball up on the right, before powerfully charging towards goal, and smashing a shot in at the near post.
It was reported before the big game that Chelsea were sending scouts to watch the game, with a number of players on their transfer list.
If this was the case, they will have been seriously impressed with what they saw last night.
They may well have had an eye on the home team as a whole too, with their manager, Ruben Amorim, being one of the reported top targets to potentially replace Mauricio Pochettino if they remove him from his role at Stamford Bridge.
