One Club manager has now hinted that his Chelsea loanee will not actually play again this season.
Portsmouth manager John Mousinho told Portsmouth News that he is not sure if Tino Anjorin will be able to play for his side again this season after his recent injury woes.
Anjorin has registered just seven appearances in League One this season, scoring one goal in the process for a side pushing for promotion.

Anjorin struggling on loan
The 22-year-old’s future at Stamford Bridge admittedly looks quite bleak right now, with him now at his third different club on loan with little success.
He was previously at Huddersfield Town, a side who saw the start of Levi Colwill’s career, as well as potentially the beginning of a bright future for current loanee Alex Matos.
Anjorin meanwhile has been confirmed by Mousinho to be back at Chelsea right now, saying that it would be an added bonus if he has him for selection again at any stage of this campaign.
Anjorin may not play again this season
He said: “Tino’s been looking to train with Chelsea, and when those boxes are ticked he’ll be back with us.

“He does need to tick all those boxes, though, not just in training but also a bit of strength testing.
“So he needs to do that before he‘s back with us, but he was at the Burton game and he’s keen to get back.
“When he does it will be full training, but it will be staged in terms of where we get him to in terms of games. I think anything we get with Tino (this season) will be a bonus.”
It has been a story of the season really as far as Chelsea loanees are concerned as far as things not going to plan.
One player who this suits perfectly is Andrey Santos, who spent the first half of the campaign playing hardly any minutes for Nottingham Forest.
After being recalled, his spell at Strasbourg has not gone much better, leaving a number of questions to ask of whoever made the decision on the sides he should join.
