Belle Silva risked getting her husband Chelsea defender Thiago Silva in a bit of trouble with one social media post over the weekend.
During Chelsea‘s defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers, she posted a message on X that appeared to call for Mauricio Pochettino to be replaced.
It is something that did not go down well at Stamford Bridge, with The Telegraph claiming that figures inside Chelsea were left unimpressed with the post and the fact that it has not been deleted.
Thiago Silva scored in the Wolves game, but it only proved to be a consolation goal in the end with Gary O’Neil’s side going on to win the match 3-2.
Pochettino has confirmed that Thiago Silva has spoken to him about his wife’s social media post.
Wolves game a disaster for Chelsea
Nothing good has come out from that tragic Wolves match for Chelsea. The Blues will want to quickly forget about it and they will have a chance to put it behind them tomorrow.
Pochettino’s men, of course, travel to Villa Park for their FA Cup fourth round replay against Aston Villa.
