Mike, born on April 24, 1965, in Würzburg, West Germany, is a former baseball player. He is currently 58 years old.

He spent his early years living in Oklahoma and West Germany until the seventh grade when his stepfather, who was in the U.S. Army, was transferred to Fort Lewis, near Tacoma, Washington.

In 1983, he finished at Bethel High School in Spanaway. He then went to Tacoma Community College and the University of Washington in Seattle.

At the 1984 Major League Baseball Draft, the Seattle Mariners picked him, but he didn’t sign with them.

In his junior year, he played for the University of Washington Huskies and had a great season. He won the triple crown in the Pac-10 North Division.

In 1986, the Montreal Expos picked him up in the tenth round of the MLB Draft. Blowers’ first game in Major League Baseball was with the New York Yankees on September 1, 1989. 

On October 3, 1999, he played his last game for the Seattle Mariners. As a third baseman, he had a great career. He played for the Mariners, the Yankees, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Oakland Athletics.
