Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston have recreated scenes from Christmas films including Bridget Jones’ Diary, The Holiday and Elf in Heart Breakfast’s ’12 Scenes of Christmas’.
The presenters, both 51, were challenged by Heart earlier this month to act out the films in front of a green screen in one take and succeeded- with no rehearsals.
Amanda channelled characters including Amanda Woods (Cameron Diaz) from The Holiday, Cindy Lou Who from How The Grinch Stole Christmas and Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) from Bridget Jones’ Diary.
Meanwhile, Jamie played stars of festive films including Scrooge from A Christmas Carol, The Snowman from the film of the same name and Buddy’s adoptive father Bob Newhart (James Caan) from Elf.

At one point, as the presenters acted out The Snowman, Aled Jones burst into the room and interrupted their performance.
Aled, 51, who sang a cover of Walking in the Air in the original film, then began to belt out the ballad.
In another scene, Jamie and Amanda recreated the film The Santa Clause, and as Jamie, dressed as Scott Calvin, shouted: ‘Hey you, get down from there’, Father Christmas fell to the ground.
Amanda, dressed as Charlie Calvin, his son, then walked up to him and exclaimed: ‘It is Santa, you killed him!’
In the film, Santa Clause, Scott Calvin is then magically recruited to take Santa’s place.

Another clip saw the presenters playing the hapless burglars in Home Alone, who famously are outsmarted by Kevin McAllister.
Kevin is left in his house alone after his family accidentally forget him when they go on holiday.
In another funny piece of footage, Amanda recreated the scene in The Holiday where Amanda Woods is finally able to cry after falling in love with an English man.
Amanda Woods had swapped houses over Christmas with Iris Simpkins, who owned a picturesque cottage in Surrey while she had a mansion in LA.

Jamie and Amanda also got into the festive spirit earlier this month as they celebrated Heart Breakfast beginning its countdown to Christmas .
Amanda channelled The Nutcracker in her eye-catching costume while her radio co-host Jamie Theakston wore a Christmas Tree outfit.
She looked in good spirits as she donned a bright red blazer with a black and gold collar and striped detail.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge also wore a black sheer mini dress with a pleated detail and added height to her frame with thigh-high boots.
Heart Breakfast began the countdown to the big day on-air earlier this month with their show feature ‘Sleeps Till Santa’ in which Jamie and Amanda get the nation ready for Christmas with Heart’s special Christmas countdown song.
