She was recently mocked on live TV when Eurovision host Hannah Waddingham made a joke at her expense

Yet Amanda Holden seemed unfazed by the events as she made an animated departure from the Heart FM studios in London on Thursday.

The presenter, 52, ensured all eyes would be on her as she stepped out in a striking red ensemble that complemented her tanned complexion.

Amanda dazzled in a £230 Self Portrait blouse that featured billowing sleeves with quirky hooped hems.

She teamed the garment with a £99 striped red and purple Karen Millen mini skirt that grazed her tanned and toned thighs.

Continuing with the colour blocking theme, Amanda toted a small scarlet clutch bag while cherry red heels gave her frame a boost.

She completed the look with a pair of ombre tinted sunglasses and styling her glossy golden locks in loose waves.

Following on behind was Amanda’s husband Chris Hughes, who let his wife have her moment in front of the waiting cameras.

It comes after Amanda had a cheeky dig made at her expense by Hannah Waddingham when the actress presented the first Eurovision semi-final.

Hannah was branded the standout host of Tuesday’s show as she delighted fans with her wit and hidden talents.

She joined forces with Alesha Dixon and Ukranian singer Julia Sanina to present the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

The Ted Lasso star, 48, left viewers in hysterics when she made a cheeky dig at Amanda – who awarded points on behalf of the United Kingdom during the 2021 ceremony.

Amanda came under fire at the time for making an awkward joke while presenting, quipping she didn’t know the difference between between French and Dutch, with shocked viewers branding her ‘arrogant’.

Hannah appeared to reference the blunder as she took on presenting duties, explaining the voting rules for the semi-final in perfect French before saying pointedly: ‘You see Europe, some of us Brits do bother to learn another language.’

For the first time in the UK’s Eurovision Song Contest history, both semi-finals are being presented live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Radio DJs Scott Mills and Rylan will bring UK audiences their colourful commentary, while Alesha, Julia and Hannah host the semi-final at the M&S Bank Arena.

The next semi-final will take place on Thursday (11 May) ahead of the Grand Final on Saturday (13 May).
