The former first lady of France, 55, who is married to former president Nicolas Sarkozy, looked jaw-dropping in a Saint Laurent, royal blue, floor length gown.
Carla’s one shoulder strap dress perfectly hugged her slender figure and flaunted her toned arms.
She added a touch of sparkle with some Chopard jewellery, which included diamond rings and a blue cuff bracelet.
The French fashion model, oozed confidence as she blew kisses for the cameras and posed in different angles.

Stepping onto the red carpet for the premiere for Firebrand, Carla opted for a light palette of makeup, with a hint of blush on her cheeks and a subtle pink lipstick.
In previous years, the ex-model has revealed that she works out for two hours a day and practices a strict regimen of elliptical bike, Pilates and barre exercises in order to ‘stay thin.’
Based on the novel Queen’s Gambit, Firebrand focuses on Katherine Parr, the sixth and final wife of the King Henry VIII, who is played by Jude Law.
Elsewhere at the festival, Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese received a rapturous nine-minute standing ovation for their crime epic, ‘Killers of the Flower Moon‘ on Saturday night.
It scored rave reviews and it’s safe to say the iconic director’s first ever Western will go down as a ‘triumph’.
A wide array of film critics have already given the Leonardo DiCaprio led movie five stars across the board, with one even hailing it as the best of its genre.

Scorsese unveiled Killers of the Flower Moon at Cannes, debuting a sweeping American epic about greed and exploitation on the bloody plains of an Osage Nation reservation in 1920s Oklahoma.
Scorsese’s latest – starring DiCaprio, Lily Gladstone and Robert De Niro – is one of his most ambitious.
Adapting David Grann’s nonfiction bestseller, it stretches nearly three and a half hours and cost Apple $200 million to make.
Addressing the crowd after the screening, he said: ‘We shot this a couple of years ago in Oklahoma. It’s taken its time to come around but Apple did so great by us.’
