‘Obsessed with the gym this year’: Carol Vorderman, 62, puts on a busty display in racy swimsuits and figure-hugging gym gear as she reflects on staying active in 2022
Carol Vorderman looked nothing short of incredible as she stripped off into a series of racy swimsuits in a new reel.
The presenter and radio host, 62, showed off her age-defying figure in a highlight video for 2022.
Carol said that she threw herself into exercise this year and vowed to have a ‘healthy 2023’.

In one look, she posed up a storm for a racy mirror selfie in a leopard print bikini and cheeky denim cut-offs.
In another image, she put on a rather busty display in a black and white costume.
She was also seen in the clip showing off her stunning figure and working up a sweat in activewear looks, including a crop top and leggings.

Carol made sure all eyes were on her on This Morning earlier this week as she showcased her figure in a skintight red dress for the Christmas special.
At the retreat, guests enjoy access to a spa, daily yoga, meditation and exercise against a stunning forest backdrop.
Guests are sustained on a mixture of juices, smoothies, and warm soups in the winter months.
Detailing the visit on social media, Carol revealed she had sustained herself on just juice for 15 of the 18 days she stayed at the retreat. The other three days she popped out to restaurants.
She posted on Instagram: ‘I’ve dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven’t been into these shorts for a few years and now they’re loose. Boommmm.
‘My other half here @jules__sampson has dropped TWO dress sizes and looks incredible and feels so strong. It’s a special place here. So chilled out and happy. Jason has created the magic alright.’
The TV star also relies on the help of a personal trainer – a Welsh rugby captain – who pushes her harder with weights.
Carol has shared videos and photos documenting her workout regime at home and at the gym, involving exercises like press-ups, hip thrusts and resistance band work.

She explained working with a PT helps her as she gets older to adhere to a strict fitness regime and keep in shape.
Speaking about growing more confident with age, Carol previously told MailOnline: ‘I do keep fit, I started with a new trainer, a rugby captain in Wales and we have a good laugh. He’s pushing me harder now with weights.
‘It’s the weights you need as you get older because I’m quite happy with my body weight.
‘I don’t actually know what I weigh but I’m happy, I don’t need to go on a diet or anything like that.’
