The actress and comedian, 33, donned a plunging black dress which showcased her incredible figure as she celebrated on Sunday.
She pictured the special occasion and shared it to her 1.8million Instagram followers, including photos of the empty glasses on her table top ready for the drinks to flow.

She didn’t give fans a full look at her outfit as she was having fun taking snaps and funny videos with her family and friends.
Complete with a set of huge bright pink ’33’ balloons, which proved as a great photo opportunity for The Inbetweeners’ star, her home was decorated perfectly for the occasion.

The actress – who came runner-up in 2018’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! – was asked to present a segment about lambing alongside her co-host John Barrowman, 55, with Emily now describing the experience as ‘traumatic’.
Comedian Emily and John, who were filling in for Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, interviewed a farmer and his flock about lambing season, but things did not go to plan.
Emily dropped a four-week-old lamb, prompting her to exclaim: ‘I can’t believe I have just dropped a lamb on national television.’

Blushing and squealing her apologies, the Inbetweeners star was left flustered whilst John made a cheeky quip that the animal had squirted milk everywhere.
Things went from bad to worse for the pair as they ended up covered in sheep excrement after cuddling the farmyard animals, with Emily wailing: ‘Have you got any tips on how to get lamb poo out of a dress?’
John also didn’t get away without damage, revealing that his leg was damp with sheep urine, as he exclaimed: ‘She’s got lamb poo on her dress and I’ve got lamb wee on my leg.’
