And Alex Pike was her own best advertisement as she officially launched her new business in Melbourne on Wednesday.
The stunning cosmetic surgeon, 45, flaunted her incredible figure in a crop top and tight leggings from Bec Judd’s popular activewear brand Jaggad.
The brunette beauty was glowing, revealing her flawless complexion in minimal makeup, while her glossy brunette locks were styled in a sleek blow wave.
Alex was joined at the event by former Bachelor star Laurina Fleure and The Block’s Sharon Johal.

All the women were dressed in various different pieces from Jaggad.
Alex’s new program Inside Out Beauty provides a series of self-care rituals which have been instrumental to her own success and happiness.
The program helps boost participants’ confidence and make meaningful changes in their lives through nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and holistic practices, as well as engage in weekly training sessions with Alex herself.
‘Throughout my life I’ve devoted myself to finding the best techniques, skills and routines to adopt a mindset that enhances self-image,’ the registered nurse said of her new baby.
‘As a mother and full-time worker, I’m well aware that it can be difficult to juggle all elements of your life harmoniously, so I look forward to sharing the rituals I’ve learnt with new people that are also ready to take a leap of faith in their wellbeing journey.

It comes after Alex recently shared the secrets behind her enviable physique.
She Daily Mail Australia last week that it’s all about balance for her when it comes to staying healthy and keeping in shape.

‘For me, I like to have eggs [for breakfast],’ she revealed. ‘With a side of avocado, tomatoes, and if I’ve already done some cardio then I have some toast as well.’
Pike’s top tip is to keep her carb intake to earlier in the day, and then to focus more on lean proteins around dinner time.
‘I’m fairly balanced and my work day is very, very busy so it’s really important to stay fuelled,’ she said.

For lunch, she has a poke bowl with rice and either chicken or fish, and for dinner she focuses on lean protein with ‘loads of vegetables’.
She’s also a huge fan of celery juice, which she makes herself at home and has for breakfast and then throughout the day if there’s any leftovers.
The mum-of-three doesn’t deny herself a cheat meal every now and then, and usually enjoys an ice cream in a cone from the Monumental Ice Creamery in Albury.

‘My diet is the nutritional component of the program is lean protein and a balance of carbohydrates and fats,’ she said.

The former model, who turns 46 this year, has also drastically cut her alcohol intake in recent years and often does sober stints for up to a month at a time.
‘Cutting back alcohol has certainly helped me slow down the clock,’ she said, adding that she’s noticed the biggest difference in her skin since giving up the grog and now sleeps and focuses better too.
Other tips Alex lives by include walking ‘as much as possible’ and drinking plenty of water, meal prepping and avoiding using services like Uber Eats, and getting eight hours of sleep each night.
The 45-year-old shot to fame in 2021 when she started dating AFL legend Nathan Buckley following his split with his wife of 18 years, Tania Minnici.
The pair confirmed their relationship in May of that year and had a whirlwind romance that was splashed all over the media until they broke up for good in 2022.
