Only a day earlier, it was reported that the actress and the sportsman were on a family holiday in Dubai with their children, Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two.
But enjoying a night off, Helen looked the epitome of glamorous as she posed in the back of a taxi.
The star put on a busty display in a pink sparkly jumpsuit, showing off the results of her recent breast augmentation surgery.

Helen and ex Scott split up with six months ago after 13 years and three children together.
Despite this, the actress and and her footballer ex-fiancé were spotted by fellow holidaymakers.
Onlookers have said that the pair ‘seem to be close still’ and look like ‘a really happy family unit.’
Speaking to The Sun, one said: ‘A lot of people around the hotel recognise them and think there could be a reconciliation between them but obviously they could also just be there for their children.
‘Scott has been spending quality time with their two daughters and it has clearly been really special for them to have that time as a family – especially as they no longer live under the same roof.
‘Helen seems totally relaxed and at ease with Scott and has spent time with him in the evenings. It’s a very modern set up and seems to be working perfectly.’

Helen and Scott called it quits last year after she finished filming I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa – although the pair have never confirmed the rumours.
Though the split was recent, the soap star is seemingly ready to find love – after recently signing up to celebrity dating app Raya.
On Sunday, Helen detailed the moment she was ‘mum shamed’ while her youngest child Charlie had a tantrum up on the holiday.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she explained a female pal had accompanied her on the trip to help with the kids.
She said: ‘I cannot tell you how horrendous Charlie’s tantrums have been.’
‘I mean I’ve got two children and I know what babies can be like and the tantrums and stuff but when I’m saying he screamed the restaurant down yesterday.
‘He just screamed and screamed. There was no consoling him at all he literally just screamed the whole restaurant down.
‘It was a really, really, really busy restaurant – I could feel there was a table, just sensed it.
‘This is my third child – I don’t think they were being that nice to be honest about my parenting, even though I was really trying my best to console Charlie.’
