After Kendall Jenner began teaching her sister Kylie Jenner how to drive a stick shift in last week’s episode of The Kardashians, they both tried a ‘shocking’ new workout technique.
The 27-year-old Kendall – who stepped out for dinner on Wednesday at Giorgio Baldi – and 25-year-old Kylie were earlier seen bonding on horseback, as Kendall took Kylie riding on one of her horses.
Then towards the end of the episode, they met up once again to try out a new workout technology known as Whole Body EMS, which trainer Bridget Whitman explains is, ‘Electro Muscle Stimulation.’
‘So it’s like electricity being sent through your body,’ Kendall asks, as Bridget says, ‘Totally.’
Kylie adds in confession, ‘Kendall and I have actually been spending a lot of time recently together. It’s really special, spending this personal time with her. I think this is gonna go well. I think it’d be a fun sister bonding moment for us.’

Bridget and another trainer are seen spraying these EMS vests with water, and when Kendall asks, ‘And so why are we wet?’ Bridget responds, ‘So the wet helps with the conduction of the electricity, essentially.’
Kendall asks, ‘Is there any condition you can have that you shouldn’t do this with?’
Bridget responds, ‘Yeah, there’s a few. If you’re pregnant or planning on getting pregnant,’ which transitions to a producer asking Kendall in confession, ‘How is the pregnancy going?’
A smiling Kendall says, ‘Good. I am supposed to get Ultrasound photos soon. I’ve only seen like an egg or whatever. It wasn’t like a shape, you know. My horse pregnancy, I’m not pregnant.’
Bridget tells Kendall and Kylie – who are both clutching black balls with each hand – to both, ‘bend those arms and legs, just make sure they are nice and bent because we are working our two muscles and they will lock out, it’s not fun,’ which shocks Kendall.
‘Lock out?’ an incredulous Kendall asks, as Bridget insists, ‘You’ll be fine, I promise.’
They start the workout as Kendall immediately says, ‘Oooh, I feel that,’ while the other trainer, Anthony, says, ‘If it’s ever painful, just yell at me.’
Kendall says, ‘Ohh yeah,’ as Anthony proceeds to ‘back down’ the stimulus a little bit, before Kendall says her arm is locked.

Condition: Kendall asks, ‘Is there any condition you can have that you shouldn’t do this with?’

They show more footage of both sisters continuing the workout before finishing, as Kendall says, ‘That was kinda crazy.’
Kendall adds in confession, ‘I love spending time with my sister. I call her my baby sister because it’s fun to say, but it feels like we’re such equals, like we can be best friends.’
Kendall asks Kylie if she’s spoken to anyone about Milan, but Kylie says she hasn’t, while Kendall goes through her emotional conversation with Kourtney.
‘She was basically saying how it was everything that Kim did with Dolce was really close to like her wedding. She felt like almost like her wedding vibes were stripped from her and that was like her thing and whatever. I was just saying to her like we all obviously are like sisters and a family and we live under this umbrella of like relation, but like we are individual people at the same time and like we want to have individuality and have our own thing,’ Kendall says.
Kylie says Kourtney’s feelings are ‘valid,’ but Kendall said, ‘I did mention like, but at the end of the day like, I also can see how Kim, you know, was presented a job and was being paid for it and, she’s like, “Why would you choose money over my feelings?” Like, I don’t think that’s a fair position to put Kim in. I think that Kourtney should be supportive in that way. I see both sides.’
Kylie agreed that she saw both sides too, adding, ‘I do think Kim should have done it, but I get it. I don’t think anyone’s in the wrong, I just didn’t even think of it like that, but it makes sense, the whole wedding and all that.’
Kendall admitted she didn’t think of it like that either at first, ‘and then when I sat with her and saw how it affected her, I was like, “Oh.”’
Kylie added, ‘Do you remember when we used to work together, and only work together?’ Kendall added, ‘It was like perfect scenario, perfect timing.’
Crazy: They show more footage of both sisters continuing the workout before finishing, as Kendall says, ‘That was kinda crazy’
Love: Kendall adds in confession, ‘I love spending time with my sister. I call her my baby sister because it’s fun to say, but it feels like we’re such equals, like we can be best friends’

Affected: Kendall admitted she didn’t think of it like that either at first, ‘and then when I sat with her and saw how it affected her, I was like, “Oh”‘
Kylie added that it, ‘introduced us to this world,’ while Kendall said they both, ‘split off and did our own thing at the right time.’
Kylie added in confession, ‘When we both moved out of the house, we were so excited because we were so attached at the hip for so long that we went our full separate ways.’
She added, ‘She went to New York and was working a lot and modeling and we didn’t spend a lot of time together but I feel like we’re really close right now and I love it.’
Kendall tells Kylie she, ‘doesn’t feel anything yet,’ but Kylie says she shouldn’t, asking her to call her in the morning, before Kendall leaves for a meeting.
