Kim Kardashian has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man, who claims to be a business associate and alleges they ‘communicate telepathically.’
After learning the man attempted to ‘access’ her family home three separate times in August, the 42-year-old reality star successfully received legal protection.
In documents, obtained by The Blast, the mother-of-four wrote in a declaration: ‘I am informed that (the person) attempted to access my residence on three separate occasions in August 2022.’

‘He presented a letter seeking to be my business partner. I am informed that he stated he traveled to CA for the purpose of meeting me. I have never contacted him. He expressed his frustration that I had not responded to him,’ she continued.
The SKIMS founder went on to say that her ‘private security has met with him and informed him that I have no desire to have any contact with him.’
‘I am informed that (the man) told my private security that he possesses a gun,’ Kardashian stated. ‘I am further informed that (the man) has made numerous posts referencing me on social media. In one of the posts, he claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically.’

The entrepreneur also alleged this same man ‘attempted to gain access’ to her hotel during a recent trip to New York.
Due to his erratic behavior, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum voiced concern that the man may ‘further escalate to physical violence.’
Next month, there will be a full hearing.

Last year, a stalker, named Nicholas Costanza, was detained by security at her guard-gated Hidden Hills community.
The man — who had previously sent her a diamond ring and the Plan-B morning after pill — was arrested for trespassing and violating his five-year permanent restraining order.
This comes six years after burglars broke into her hotel room during Paris Fashion Week in October 2016, tied her up and stole $10 million of jewelry from her.
‘As far as jewelry, if I’m wearing something, it’s borrowed. It’s fake,’ she told Andy Cohen during the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion last year.
She added: ‘I can’t sleep if I have jewelry in my safe, or money, or anything at my house. I just don’t live my life like that.’
In addition to doubling her personal security, she has openly spoken about being less flashy and her hesitance over wearing expensive jewelry post-robbery.
